I'm sure by now that you've either heard or read all about how amazing this show was on Sunday. Since it's already been covered so greatly here, here, and here, there's not really much else we can say about the show that hasn't already been said.

LCD Soundsystem's fantastic opening set (which featured numerous guest appearances by members of Arcade Fire) got the party started early, but what I came away from the show feeling most, was that it proved just how truly incredible Arcade Fire are, and how blessed we are that bands like this still exist. By playing one of the best shows this town has seen all year at one of it's worst and usually poorest sounding venues, they were able to rise above any limitations of their surroundings. The mark of truly great performers and a band who are well on their way into the history books of rock music.
