Eric Anderson aka Cataldo
Eric Anderson no longer calls the Twin Cities home, having moved to Seattle after graduating from St. Paul's Macalester College this spring, but he returns this weekend to celebrate the proper release of Signal Flare, an excellent album largely recorded here with the aid of numerous outstanding Twin Cities musicians (Adam Svec of the Glad Version, Shawn Neary of Cloud Cult and Caroline Smith to name just a few) . For an in-depth article on Anderson's brainy and bouyant folk-pop project dubbed Cataldo you can check out a prior Reveille feature here . Those in search of more instant gratification need only click the play button to watch two tasty videos captured by Reveille's cameras at one of Cataldo's last area performances this past April at the 400 Bar.

Thanks to Cataldo and the 400 Bar. Video production courtesy of Erik Nelson and Dan Schuchman.
